Tri Wisconsin – Private workout session and open to ALL current Tri Wisconsin members.
PERIODIZED CYCLING PROGRAM - A 1-hour coached workout utilizing the Perf Pro coaching software where each training session is based on current function threshold power, no shifting is needed, just maintain the cadence and the trainer does the rest! Each session will build on one another, starting the first week with a review of technique to include drills and then the second week with 20-minute time trial to asses’ power zones then having each session building on one another.
- Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm OR Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm
- DATES: January 8th through March 28th
PERIODIZED OPEN RIDE – Up to 1.5 hours on a rolling course, while using your gears and going at whatever intensity you need to. Instruction of the of the know how’s of the computrainer the first week then a 20 minute test the second week to determine training intensities for proceeding weeks. Then a training focus will be provided if one wishes to use to maximize the training session.
