This periodized swim program led by Certified Triathlon Coach, Heather Haviland, is geared for the triathlete wanting to improve their comfort, confidence and fitness in the water. The swim is often the discipline of the three that can be most overwhelming.   


Workouts will include drills for stroke improvement as well as a main set that will be appropriate, yet challenging for your swim ability. Lane assignments will be based on paces of swimmers.  


In addition, optional mobility and specific strength work done PRIOR to getting into the pool for the structured workout. A great opportunity to improve range of motion, decrease restrictions and improve strength.    


Join a proven program that is much more than just a swim workout. At the end of each session, you will feel more comfortable in the water, have developed a more efficient stroke and swim faster with less effort.

Days: Tuesday and Fridays, 5:45-7:00am, doors open at 5:40am

10-Week Sessions

Fall Session - October 8th through December 20th (No swim November 26th & 29th due to Thanksgiving) 

Winter Session - January 7th through March 13th

Spring Session - March 17th through May 29th (No swim Friday April 10th or Tuesday 14th due to Easter holiday)


Cost: 2x/week $175.00, 1x/week $125.00
