Join Thomson Remo, Elite-Level Track Cyclist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, for a High-Intensity Sprint Workout performed on the WattBikes. These workouts will focus on improving Maximal Power Output and Maximum Minute Power (MMP) through sprint efforts and short-duration intervals.
These small-group sessions (limit 4 participants per session) are perfect for COMPETITIVE CYCLISTS looking to gain the extra edge for attacking and sprinting, BALL-SPORT ATHLETES seeking low-impact conditioning, and RECREATIONAL ATHLETES with a desire to lose fat and build power.
Sessions are 45-minutes in duration. Look Keo/Shimano SPD pedals are available, or bring your own pedals to put onto the bike. Please bring smart phone with the watt bike hub app downloaded where you be able to review your data.
Tuesdays: 5:30-6:15pm and 6:30-7:15pm
